John James Beading Needles

Needles of all sizes are essential tools in jewelry making and should be in every beaders toolbox. Below you will find a few choices for all your beading needs. We currently carry the following brands of needles.

John James: Made in England

• English Beading Needles: These stiff, yet flexible beading needles are referred to by beaders as “longs” and most are 2 inches long. They come in a variety of sizes including, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15, and are available in 5pc and 25pc options.
• High Quality: John James beading needles are high quality and one of my most popular beading needle options.
• Tapestry or Embroidery Needles: These needles are strong and flexible and are referred to by beaders as “shorts” and come in a variety of sizes including 10 and 12.
• Sharps Needles: These needles are strong and flexible and are referred to by beaders as “Sharps” which are typically used when beading on leather and come in a variety of sizes including, 10, 11 and 12 and are typically 1.25 inches long.
• Wide Application: John James beading needles are very fine and long, and the eye of the needle is typically the same width as the rest of the needle.
